2. Description of Service

AI to Human is an AI text humanization tool that rewrites AI-generated text to sound more natural. The Service is provided as-is for informational and productivity purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service's APIs
• Use automated scripts to make bulk requests beyond your plan limits

4. Academic Integrity Disclaimer

Important: AI to Human is not responsible for academic or professional misuse. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of humanized text complies with their institution's or employer's policies on AI-generated content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed via PayPal on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of text you submit. AI to Human does not claim ownership of your input or output content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. AI to Human shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
