1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name and email (via Google OAuth) when you sign in
• Usage data: Word counts, mode selections, and anonymized processing metrics
• Content: Pro/Unlimited users' humanization history (stored to enable history feature; Free users' text is not stored)
• IP address: Used for anonymous rate limiting only; not linked to user identities

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the humanization service
• To enforce usage quotas and prevent abuse
• To process payments via PayPal (we do not store payment details)

3. Data Storage

All data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (US region). Text submitted by Free users is processed in memory only and never persisted to disk.

4. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic Claude API: Text is sent for humanization processing. Anthropic's data retention policies apply.
• Google OAuth: Login only; we receive your name and email address.
• PayPal: Payment processing. We receive subscription status only.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@ai-to-human.com. We will process deletion requests within 14 days.
